This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use vanderlycillo.com (the “Site”) and our services, including online bookings and payments. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Quick summary: We use WP Amelia for bookings (optionally connected to your Google Calendar) and Stripe for payments. We don’t sell your personal information.
“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vanderly Cillo. We operate the Site to provide information and services, including appointment scheduling and related offerings.
We collect information that you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information processed by our service providers.
Bookings (WP Amelia): name, email, phone number (optional), appointment details, notes, time zone, and your communication preferences.
Contact requests: name, email, message content, and any other details you choose to share.
Payments (Stripe): name, email, billing details. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps (via standard server logs and cookies/ similar technologies).
Essential cookies: used for site functionality (e.g., session management, security, booking flow). See “Cookies & Similar Technologies” below.
We use your information to:
Provide services: process bookings, manage schedules, send confirmations/reminders, and deliver customer support.
Process payments: via Stripe, including fraud prevention and receipts.
Communicate: respond to inquiries, send service emails (confirmation, reminders, updates).
Improve the Site: troubleshoot, analyze performance, and enhance user experience.
Legal & compliance: maintain records required by tax, accounting, and other laws; enforce terms; protect rights and security.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of a contract (e.g., your booking), legitimate interests (e.g., site security, service improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligations (e.g., recordkeeping).
What’s accessed: free/busy status and event details necessary to place your appointment; creation/updates of calendar events for scheduled services.
What’s stored: OAuth tokens and minimal metadata required by the plugin to maintain the connection and sync events.
Your control: you can revoke the app’s access anytime in your Google Account under Security → Third-party access.
Conflicts: the integration helps prevent double-booking by checking availability; we do not publicly expose your full calendar contents through the Site.
We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay:
Your payment information is sent directly to Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Stripe uses your data to process the transaction, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We use:
Essential cookies: required for the Site and booking flow (e.g., session, security, load balancing).
Preference cookies: remember your selections (e.g., time zone).
Analytics (if enabled): anonymized or aggregated insights into how the Site is used (pages visited, time on page).

Your choices: You can control cookies via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality (e.g., login or booking).

Service providers/Processors: hosting, booking (WP Amelia), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and IT/security vendors who process data on our behalf under contract.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (we will provide notice where required).
We do not sell personal information. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by certain U.S. state laws.

provide the services you requested,
comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations,
resolve disputes, and
enforce our agreements.
For example, transaction records may be retained for statutory periods (e.g., tax/audit); booking metadata may be retained for business records and scheduling history. When data is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it.
You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
Depending on your state law, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell/share), and to non-discrimination for exercising rights.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the relevant age under applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us to request deletion.
